The more of this you can tell us up front, the faster we can work out what went wrong:

• The app version, if the problem is in the mobile app
• What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead
• Screenshots, where they help show the problem

Never include your password, one-time codes, or full payment card details in an email. We will never ask you for them. If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password first, then write to us.
