Last updated: June 1, 2026. This notice describes how Table Master Gaming, Inc. (“TableMaster,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use DirtyStack Poker at dirtystackpoker.com.

Who we are

DirtyStack Poker is a public discovery site operated by Table Master Gaming, Inc. For privacy questions, contact privacy@tblmaster.com.

What we collect

  • Account data - if you sign in (email, profile details stored in our shared Supabase project).
  • Location preferences - region or city you choose so we can show nearby poker rooms.
  • Usage analytics - only if you consent (or, outside the EEA/UK, unless you opt out): aggregated page views and device/browser type via Vercel Web Analytics; future product analytics via PostHog when enabled.
  • Error diagnostics - if we enable error monitoring (Sentry), technical data such as stack traces and route names to keep the service reliable. This is operational data, not used for advertising.
  • Advertising- we show sponsored placements labeled “Sponsored,” currently served in-house. If we introduce targeted advertising, ad partners may use limited activity to show more relevant ads; you can opt out anytime via Your Privacy Choices (below).

You can change analytics preferences anytime using Your Privacy Choices above. EEA/UK visitors may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

California residents (and residents of other US states with similar laws) may have additional rights, including knowing what categories of personal information we collect and requesting deletion. We currently do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, you can opt out anytime via , and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Analytics data is retained according to our vendors' policies (Vercel, PostHog). Consent records are kept to demonstrate compliance.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where required, prompting you to review cookie preferences again.
